Dick and Betsy DeVos giving is mostly focused on education. That is because they believe that the current system is not helping in fulfilling the American Dream. He says that he aims at addressing the issue of the one-size-fits-all type of education system. He says that many teachers are working hard to do a good job, but they can so better when they have resources. Dick DeVos has spent his professional career working in various executive post.In 1993, he was appointed the president of the Amway where he was in charge of all the operations of the company whose offices are in 50 countries across six continents.
